Free Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the guest house and and the rooms.
Cleaning and Linen
Bed linen and towels are included in the room price.
The towels are changed every 3 days and sheets every 5 days, the rooms is daily cleaning.
Check-in
The reception is open from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, the rooms will be available from 1.00 pm, if you arrive before you can leave the luggage at reception.
it's very important to communicate the arrival time in order to avoid unnecessary waiting or delays to deliver the room.
It's possible to arrange a late check-in (after 7:00 pm) but you mast advice us at least few days before the arrival date.
Luggage Storage
You can leave your luggage after check-out and collect them in the evening.
Rooms Facilities
Wi-Fi Internet, Air conditioning/Heating, LCD TV, Fridge, Hairdryer.
Breakfast
Typical Italian breakfast served in the
Bar Finisterrae in the splendid Santa Croce Square € 4 for person.
In the B&B you can enjoy coffee, cappuccino, tea, chocolate for free.
Parking Arrangement
We have not parking free for the guest but we have an agreement with a garage at 100 meters Parking Duomo via Oriuolo 14 the price is 30/35/40 Euro for 24 h Reservation is not required.
It is not possible to park on the street near the B&B as it is only for residents.
It is possible parking in the street at around 10 minutes walk from us with hourly payment from 8am to 8 pm.
From 8PM on saturday at 8AM on monday the parking in the street is free.
Streets near to us for parking outside the ZTL are:
Lungarno della zecca vecchia, viale Giovine italia, piazza Beccaria.
Close to us there are also two municipal car parks (always for a fee):
Beccaria or
Sant'Ambrogio parking.
ZTL
our B&B is located in the historical centre of Florence near
Piazza Santa Croce in a limited traffic area, but you can reach our B&B without problems also if you are by car.
In this case at your arrival you should give us your car plate number. Sunday the access is free.
The best direction to arrive to B&B is:
Lungarno della zecca vecchia – corso tintori ACCESS ZTL -via de benci -via Verdi- via pietrapiana.
Or
Piazza Beccaria –viale Giovine italia -via dell’Agnolo – ACCESS ZTL – via verdi –via pietrapiana –B&B
If using a GPS satellite navigation we suggest to set the path by "
Via dell’Agnolo" or "
Corso dei Tintori"
Reservation Museums and Restaurants
We can book for you the best restaurants in the area and entrance fees to museums to save you queuing.
